How It Works

Get started with Wiv for Slack in minutes

1. Install the App Add Wiv Bot to your Slack workspace with one click. Grant the necessary permissions to enable workflow execution and notifications.

Configure Slack Integration within Wiv

Navigate to Wiv -> Integration

 

Click on Slack


Click on New Slack Integration and provide a name for the integration


click "Add to App"

choose the relevant workspace and click "Install Wiv Bot"


Next you need to invite the bot to the relevant channels for access via @Wiv Bot



 

 


2. Use Slash Commands Type /wiv run in any channel to open the workflow browser. Search and select the workflow you want to execute.

3. Manage in Slack Receive approval requests as interactive messages. Click approve or reject. Get notified when workflows complete or encounter issues.
